When the Biden campaign put out an open call for stories of everyday Americans, we jumped at the opportunity to submit footage.

It’s such an honor to see our work in this beautiful montage that reflects the incredible diversity of our country, including over 70 portraits captured by 23 filmmakers in 30 states. With a limited capacity to travel during the pandemic, sourcing footage from local teams like Windy was a smart solution for telling a national story by the Biden campaign.

The concept of “Project Reframe” was originally inspired by Lorraine O’Grady, a Boston-based photographer who collaborated with the campaign to create this video.
